Locations, Fees, and Cancellations

Please note that currently I am working with clients via video or telephone exclusively. My fee is £70 per session (50 mins) – including our initial meeting.

In Hove my therapy room is at 110 Livingstone Road, Hove BN3 3WL.

Parking here needs to be paid by phone. You can download the app. from www.paybyphone.co.uk or alternatively call 01273 458458. The location number you will need to quote for both is 85444. The cost is £1 for an hour or £2 for two hours. Hove station is close (a 5-7 minute walk) and a number of buses run nearby (2, 5, 5A, 5B, 7, 21, 21A, 49, 95A).

In London my therapy room is located at The Courtyard Garden Practice, 152 Buckingham Palace Road, Victoria, London SW1W 9TR.

The building is a 4 minute walk from Victoria Station or a 10 minute walk from Sloane Square Tube.  There are several buses that run past the building (11, 44, 170, 211, C1, C10).  In addition, secure cycle racks are available and pay and display spaces are immediately outside on Eccleston Place.

Fees

My fee is £70 per session (50 mins) – including our initial meeting.

Fees are payable by bank transfer and I ask for payment to be made before the scheduled appointment.  Payment must be up-to-date for sessions to continue.  If you encounter financial difficulties, please talk to me before an issue develops.

Sessions are usually weekly and once we agree on a mutually convenient day and time, then that becomes your regular space.

Cancellations

Therapy involves a regular commitment and it’s important that you are able to accommodate this in your life.  However, if you are unable to attend a session, please let me know the week before at the latest.  If something unexpected arises for you and you give me at least 48 hours’ notice, I will try to offer you an alternative session in the same week but that’s not always possible.  Please note that if you give me less than a week’s notice, and we can’t arrange an alternative session, I charge a £15 cancellation fee, and if you give me less than 48 hours’ notice then the full fee is usually payable.  This fee is due before the next session or within 7 days if no further session is scheduled.
